I'll e-mail screenshots of your design to you every day or two so you can easily see how it looks.  You then provide me feedback and I'll make changes. This particular phase is quite interactive and I'll need suggestions from you every day or two until eventually your design is complete.  You should continue to request modifications until the design meets all of your exact needs.  Your final completed design is going to be utilized as a guideline in the constructing of your CRM Software in the Production and Testing Phase. Excellent attention on design reduces most corrections after deployment of your software.
