This particular phase can be quite interactive and I'll have to have feedback from you every day or two until eventually your design is complete.  You should continue to request modifications until the design complies with all your exact requirements.  Your final completed design is going to be utilized as a guide in the developing of your CRM Software in the Production and Testing Phase. Great attention on design minimizes the majority of corrections following deployment of your software package.
