This particular phase is very interactive and I'll have to have feedback from you every day or two until finally your design is complete.  You should continue to ask for improvements until finally the design satisfies every one of your particular needs.  Your final completed design is going to be utilized as a guideline in the building of your CRM Software in the Production and Testing Phase. Great emphasis on design reduces most corrections following deployment of your application.
