I'll e-mail screenshots of your design to you every day or two so you can see exactly how it looks.  Next you give me feedback and I'll make changes. This particular phase is rather interactive and I'll need feedback from you every day or two until finally your design is complete.  You should continue to request changes until finally the design fulfills every one of your exact requirements.  Your final completed design will be used as a guide in the developing of your CRM Software in the Production and Testing Phase. Good emphasis on design reduces most corrections following deployment of your software.
