I'll e-mail screenshots of your design to you every day or two so you can see how it looks.  Then you provide me feedback and I'll make design changes. This period is very interactive and I'll need feedback from you every day or two until your design is complete.  You should continue to request modifications until the design fulfills all of your specific needs.  Your final completed design is going to be used as a guideline in the building of your CRM Software in the Production and Testing Phase. Excellent emphasis on design minimizes nearly all corrections following deployment of your application.
