I'll e-mail screenshots of your design to you every day or two so you can easily see exactly how it looks.  You then provide me feedback and I'll make improvements. This particular period can be quite interactive and I'll need feedback from you every day or two until eventually your design is complete.  You should continue to ask for improvements until the design satisfies all your particular requirements.  Your final completed design is going to be used as a guideline in the constructing of your Custom Software in the Production and Testing Phase. Great emphasis on design reduces most corrections following deployment of your application.
