I'll design your Customer Software by using a virtual design model. I'll send screenshots of your design to you every day or two so you can see exactly how it looks.  Then you give me feedback and I'll make changes. This phase is rather interactive and I'll need feedback from you every day or two until finally your design is complete.  You should continue to ask for improvements until the design meets every one of your specific needs.  Your final completed design is going to be utilized as a guide in the building of your Customer Software in the Production and Testing Phase. Great emphasis on design reduces the majority of corrections after deployment of your software.
