I follow a time tested process to build your database right the first time!  Good preparation and communication are key to building a database around the exact workflow needs of your business.  Since 1999 I have been refining my methods and over time developed the steps below to build databases for more than 300 businesses across hundreds of industries.

We'll follow these steps during your project:

Free Initial Consultation

Define Your Workflow

Your business workflow determines your database needs. I'll help you use my Workflow Template to define your workflow.   Please schedule a consultation to get started.

Get a Price Quote

Request a quote by using my online scheduler to setup an appointment.  We'll discuss your workflow and pricing. 

Design Phase

We'll design your database together using a virtual design model, screenshots and online meetings.  Good design is key to getting right the first time.

Production Phase

This is where I actually build your Access database.  I'll use your final design as a guide in building the database you will eventually be using.

Installation & Training

Installation is simple and usually ready in a few minutes.  I also give you online training as part of the project.  I'll train you in all aspects of your new database.

Testing & Corrections

After training, you'll test the database to assure all is working properly.  If you find anything that is not working according to design I'll correct those for no charge.
