I design your database I take screenshots and put them up on my
website for you to see and give feedback. Every few days you'll go online to review
your design with me over the phone. You can see your design anytime you'd
like and give me feedback on what to change or move around.
You'll Have Your Own Home Page
Your design will have a home page with links to an
individual page for each form (screen) and each report.
I'll design your new database to meet your needs by creating a section on
our
website specifically for your design so you can see the progress online.

Starting The Online Design Phase
I schedule projects on a first come first serve basis,
normally starting within a few days. Once you
agree on a quoted price then you'll need to send in an initial deposit before I can
start work on your design. I place projects on the schedule once I receive the
initial deposit. Once scheduled, your project will take
priority over others who start after yours.
Why Online Design?
- It's visual, which helps us all understand
one another.
- It's faster. This design approach also
shortens the overall development time because I use
these design pages as blueprints in the
production of
your database.
- Get it right the first time! Since you can
review the design of your database from anywhere, at any
time, you are in control of how it looks and functions.
- No travel necessary (optional). I serve clients in
35
states (so far) and in several countries -
without having to go there! This is very efficient and
keeps cost down.
Finalization
At some point when you are completely happy with the
design you will give it your final approval. To
make sure you‘re happy with the proposed database, I'll
document your approval of everything before I start the
production phase of your database.
