Database Toolbar

   
Always remains at the top of your screen no matter where you are in the database.
Most powerful feature is filtering.  Access allows you to filter deeper and deeper until you find exactly what you want - especially good for datasheets.

Toolbar Features:

  1. Sort records ascending instantly

  2. Sort records descending instantly

  3. Navigate to first record

  4. Navigate to previous record

  5. Navigate to next record

  6. Navigate to last record

  7. Copy

  8. Paste

  9. Find (hardly used due to Lookup dropdowns on most screens)

  10. Undo (gets used a lot!  Same as hitting Esc key)

  11. Spell check!

  12. Delete current record

  13. Filter to include only what you have selected

  14. Filter to exclude only what you have selected

  15. Enter text into the Filter For Box and find exactly what you want. Use * as wildcard character.

  16. Remove your filters

  17. Exit database with one click!

 

Printing Toolbar

   
Appears every time a report or letter is previewed.

  1. Allows you to choose a printer.

  2. Allows you to change the zoom (preview size).
  3. Close button to close the report.
