hourly estimates of how long it could take. The price I
quote you includes design, production, installation, training and testing! I
price based
on the number and complexity of reports, screens (forms) and special
features - not on hours worked. I only charge hourly fees for time that
exceeds the ample amount of hours allotted on the flat quote.
