What's Included Free

All forms, reports and standard Access features are INCLUDED FREE OF CHARGE as part of your database project.  I'll fully customize your forms and reports to your exact needs.  All standard Access Features are also included free of charge. See my What's Included Free page for details.

What You Pay For

You ONLY pay for the visible fields (those you can see) that are placed on your forms or reports plus any Add-ons you choose. Everything is flat fee priced.  No hourly fees! See examples of Visible Fields and examples of Add-ons.

Minimum Project Fees

• New client needing a new database: $1000 minimum
• New client needing to make changes to an existing database: $1000 minimum
• Existing client needing a new database: $1000 minimum
• Existing client needing to make changes to an existing database: No Minimum

How to Get a Price Quote

I suggest you setup an initial consultation so we can go over your workflow together and count how many visible fields and columns you'll need for your database and how complex your database will be.  Once we have an idea on the count then I'll be able to give you a price quote.  Per field fees depend on complexity.

More fields = Lower Rate

The more fields and columns in your database the less I'll charge you per field.  Please setup an initial consultation so we can count up how many fields you'll need.

What Are Visible Fields?

These are the fields you will be paying for in your database.  A count of these determines your 'Fee per Visible Field'.  Your quote will include a count of these fields.  During the Design Phase you may choose to add or remove fields from your design. Your project cost will go up or go down depending on how many fields you add or remove during the design phase.  You're in control of how many fields there are and where they are placed.

AutoNumber Fields automatically increments to be used as key ID fields.
Text Fields can contain letters and numbers and is the most common field.
Number Fields only contain numbers, including currency.
Date Fields only contain valid calendar dates.
Hyperlink Fields contain a hyperlink that can launch a web page or computer file.
Basic Calculated Totals are simple formulas that calculate totals and other values.
Basic Combo Boxes are dropdowns that preserve the integrity of your data entry.
Basic list boxes allow you to scroll and choose one option from the list.
Option Groups store a single selection but gives multiple choices.
Check Boxes represent 'yes' if checked and 'no' if not.
Option Buttons represent 'yes' if selected and 'no' if not.

Flat Fee Quotes—not estimates!  I'll give you flat fee price quotes on databases, not hourly estimates of how long it could take. The price I quote you includes design, production, installation, training and testing!

How Much is Your Time Worth?

More work in less time. Most of my clients earn more using their database than they did before they had it. Just consider how much time you'll save and how much more you can earn after having an automated system. Consider the amount you spend on a solution to be an investment and not an expense. This means your database is designed to pay for itself in a relatively short period of time.

I'll Pay You for Referrals!

I'll do work for you at no charge in exchange for sending me business. Once I've developed a solution for you, I'm confident you'll tell other businesses about it! When I create a solution for them, I'll then give you services equal to 10% of the value of their project. For example: If they pay $5,000 I'll give you $500 worth of services. You can use this to add additional forms, reports or Add-ons functions to one of your existing databases.
